The clear holder as the name implies has a fixed number of pages of clear pocket sheet protector as a page in a book form. The common types are the 20-pockets, 40, 60, 80, and the 100 pockets. There are some with 10-pockets only. It comes with a variety of sizes namely, A5, A3 and A4, which is the most often used type and a variety of colours. Each pocket is able to accommodate 2 sheets of standard weight paper.

The inner pocket pages are of 100% clear transparent plastic sheet with a matt surface so that it is less reflective to look at. It is fused securely to the spine and will not tear easily. The covers are made of very thick PP material to give the book the strength and with a rough surface touch to make it less reflective. They are of bright colour. The spine pocket of the clear holder is fully spread from top to bottom and you can put in your own customised label if required. The external size of the book form Y.E.S. A4 clear holder – 100 pockets is 30.6cm x 24.2 x 6.3 cm (100 pkts), also include a PP box for the book. The Q-310A/10 is a special pack of assorted colour binder A4 file consisting of a translucent white binder cover (front & back) and a coloured binder bar. There are 5 colours, set of 2 in the pack of 10 sets per packet. The coloured binder bar together with the white binder cover is used to bind a stack of paper approximately 25 sheets, and up to 40 sheets of 80gsm paper, normally A4 size. The stack of paper is slided into place between the binder bar and the cover. The binding is not permanent, as it can be removed or make changes to it anytime.

The P-02AK carry file is a dual-colour A4 size PP carry folder file for A4 size documents.
The front cover made-up is a dual-colour plastic fused together at the top curve section to the main file folder body of black plastic material. This file is made such that its 3 sides, namely left, right and bottom sides has a thickness of 15mm and the file cover is secured by 2 rubber band from the back.
The bottom part of the fused front cover is turquoise in colour, giving this carry file a very modern look. There is the other option of front cover colour namely a dark blue or grey colour at the bottom.
As the carry file has a is a thickness of 15mm, a stack of documents of up to may be 14mm thick can be carried inside this folder easily.
