Delivery Information

At BookLand Greenl we are committed to ensuring that your orders arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Below are the details of our delivery process:

1. Delivery Timeframes:
  • Standard Delivery: Standard Delivery: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 5-7 business days.  Express Delivery: Orders are processed within 1 business day and usually delivered within 2-3 business days
  • Express Delivery: Orders are processed within 1 business day and usually delivered within 2-3 business days.
2. Delivery Charges:
  • Standard Delivery: For orders below $120, a delivery fee of $20 will apply. Orders of $120 or above qualify for free delivery. Please note that the order total must meet the minimum requirement for free delivery after any discounts are applied.
3. Delivery Locations:

We currently deliver to addresses within the Singapore Island.

4. Issues with Delivery:

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or damage, please contact our customer service team at support@booklandgreen.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BookLand Green. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. Return Window:
  • Returns must be initiated withinag.-days of receiving your order
2. Eligibility:

  • ltems must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and labels intact.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for digital products or gift cards.
3. How to Return:
  • Please contact our customer service team at support@booklandgreen.com to request a return authorization.
  • Once authorized, pack your items securely and send them to the following address:

4. Return Shipping Costs:
  • For returns due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
5. Refunds:
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges:
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
