LT-10  A4 10-pocket 11-hole Clear Holder – Premium

The clear holder as the name implies has a fixed number of pages of clear pocket sheet protector as a page in a book form. The common types are the 20-pockets, 40, 60, 80, and the 100 pockets. There are some with 10-pockets only. It comes with a variety of sizes namely, A5, A3 and A4, which is the most often used type and a variety of colours. Each pocket is able to accommodate 2 sheets of standard weight paper. There is also another type which is complete flat and has no spine width at all. These are our specially made LT range of clear holders for presentation and inclusion into other documents or file type. It can also be used by itself independently.

Our A4 size Y.E.S. PP clear holder – 10 pockets, LT10 is well designed and made of the best quality materials. The inner pocket pages are of 100% clear transparent plastic sheet with a matt surface so that it is less reflective to look at. It is fused securely to the covers and will not tear easily. The covers are made of one transparent cover with a name tag pocket in front and an opaque coloured PP back cover to distinguish it selves. There is no spine but instead the file is extended to include a flap on the left with multi-hole punched standard so that it can be filed onto any 2-ring, 3-ring or even 4-ring files. These clear holders are used to display portfolios, catalogues, pictures, documents and any paper/card based document which is in the sheet form and mostly very thin in nature. Our clear holders are one of the best in quality in the market.

The external size of the book form Y.E.S. A4 clear holder – 10 pockets, LT10  is 30.3cm x 23.4cm x 0.1cm (10pkts). Each clear holder is individually wrapped in a clear plastic for protection. There are 6 fluorescent neon colours in our range namely: Red, blue, green, yellow, purple and orange. Our colours are the most consistent in the market.

Q-310  Flexi Binder File A4

A “Binder File” typically refers to a specialised tool or device used in the process of bookbinding or organising loose-leaf materials within a binder folder.

The primary purpose of a binder file (with the binder bar) is to securely hold the pages or sheets of paper within a binder cover (front and back). It ensures that the contents remain organised and intact, preventing them from slipping out or becoming disordered.

A binder bar is typically a slender, elongated metal or plastic strip with a mechanism for fastening. The binder cover is normally a sheet of PVC translucent material folded on the long side to a final size of a portrait A4 page.

To use a binder file/bar, the user aligns the pages or sheets with the covers and slide the loose pages in between the plastic binder bar thus securing the binding. The Q310 is a special binder file consisting of a binder cover (front & back) and a binder bar. The binder bar together with the binder cover is used to bind a stack of paper approximately 25 sheets of 80gsm paper, normally A4 size paper.

The stack of paper is slided into place between the binder bar and the cover. The binding is not permanent, as it can be removed or make changes to it anytime.

Q-310  Binder Bar

A “Binder Bar” typically refers to a specialized tool or device used in the process of bookbinding or organising loose-leaf materials within a binder.

The primary purpose of a binder bar is to securely hold the pages or sheets of paper within a binder. It ensures that the contents remain organised and intact, preventing them from slipping out or becoming disordered.

A binder bar is typically a slender, elongated metal or plastic strip with a mechanism for fastening.
To use a binder bar, the user aligns the holes punched in the pages or sheets with the prongs or rings on the bar. Then, they press down on the bar, causing the prongs or rings to bend and secure the contents in place. Another type of binder bar, is sliding the loose sheets in between the 2 prongs of the binder bar. Some binder bars may feature a locking mechanism to prevent accidental opening.
