This 2D ring file resembles a traditional arch file and is completely white, both inside and out. The spine measures 75mm in width, and the file’s dimensions are 28cm in length and 32cm in height. It features PVC lamination throughout. The front cover, back cover, and spine each have an additional transparent PVC sheet laminated onto them, creating a top-loading pocket for inserts if needed. The inside front cover includes a top-loading internal pocket that extends up 35% from the bottom. The file’s 2D rings are spring-loaded, with a straight ring length of 45mm, accommodating document stacks up to 45mm in thickness comfortably.
The file is exclusively available in a pure white colour.

The external size of the book form Y.E.S. A4 clear holder – 60 pockets is 24cm x30.5cm x 3.7cm (60 pkts), also include a PP box for the book. 20-FPA4 Translucent Zip Bag
The 20-FPA4 is an A4 size zip bag made of transluscent plastic.
The inside of the zip bag is a slightly smaller than A4 size and has multiple punched holes on its left flank (for use for filing into 2,3,or 4-hole files or folders). The left flank and both the top and bottom sides of the zip bag also has an expanded spine of about 8-10mm wide. This is to enable more storage space for the zip bag.
On the right flank of the file is the special plastic zip that is used to closed the file. Both the left and right flanks of the bag are sealed by heat bond treatment to ensure durability and long life.

The Q-310A/10 is a special pack of assorted colour binder A4 file consisting of a translucent white binder cover (front & back) and a coloured binder bar. There are 5 colours, set of 2 in the pack of 10 sets per packet. The coloured binder bar together with the white binder cover is used to bind a stack of paper approximately 25 sheets, and up to 40 sheets of 80gsm paper, normally A4 size. The stack of paper is slided into place between the binder bar and the cover. The binding is not permanent, as it can be removed or make changes to it anytime.
