This is an almost round steel ring with chrome-finished, and is a twist and pull type (to open ring) and push (to close ring) type of locking mechanism. The clear holder as the name implies has a fixed number of pages of clear pocket sheet protector as a page in a book form. The common types are the 20-pockets, 40, 60, 80, and the 100 pockets.
