Laminating Machine A3 – FGK320
FGK-320 A3 Laminator
The Model FGK-320 laminator boasts a durable metal structure. It’s an affordable, reliable, efficient, and user-friendly machine suitable for A3 size or smaller documents, including the standard A4 size. Despite its lightweight design, it functions as a heavy-duty machine. AC power is a prerequisite for operation.
The FGK-320 laminator is outfitted with four silicone rollers that ensure flexibility and a smooth transition of the laminate, resulting in a smoother and flatter finish. There’s no need to adjust the rollers’ gap for different document thicknesses. The machine can handle laminating pouches up to 315mm wide (just over A3 size) and up to 1mm thick.
It warms up to the required 120 degrees Celsius in approximately 2.5 to 3 minutes. Once the target temperature is reached, the Ready light turns GREEN, signaling it’s ready for use. Laminating an A4 document with our 100-micron Flexi pouches takes just 30 seconds.
A distinctive feature of the FGK-320 is its Cold Lamination capability. To initiate, turn on the power switch and select ‘Cold’ with the Hot/Cold toggle. Cold lamination protects one side of the document without using laminating pouches. It employs a single-sided, glue-based clear plastic sheet for the document’s top surface and a wax-based sheet underneath to prevent roller contamination. Both sheets should be slightly larger than the document, ensuring full coverage. Place the glue-based sheet face down on the document, then feed it into the machine to complete the cold lamination process.

Laminating pouches come in various shapes, sizes, and thicknesses. Our Flexi Laminating Pouches feature a 100-micron thickness on both sides, a glossy finish, and are made with photo-safe materials of the highest quality. We offer a range of sizes to meet most needs.
A laminating pouch is a thin, clear or semi-transparent plastic sheet used to protect and enhance the look of documents, photos, and other print materials. Typically, it includes two layers of plastic film, each 100 microns thick. Laminating pouches serve multiple purposes, such as improving document durability, providing a shiny finish, and shielding against moisture, wear, UV damage, and more.
They are also employed for the protection of vital documents, preserving their integrity, ensuring long-term usability, and guarding against water, dirt, dust, bending, tearing, and the transmission of viruses and bacteria. When heat-sealed, laminating pouches form a solid barrier around the document, offering the utmost in long-term protection.
Laminating is a straightforward process. Simply peel back the front sheet (usually pre-sealed at the top), insert the document, ensure proper positioning and alignment, close the sheet, and then feed it into the laminator, leading with the sealed end for a smooth, bubble-free result.
Flexi laminating film are compatible with most thermal laminator brands. The laminator should be preheated to the correct temperature (around 120-125 degrees Celsius) for optimal lamination. These pouches are perfect for educational materials, notices, certificates, work passes, signs, crafts, home recipes, and documents that are frequently used or handled, suitable for use in offices, homes, schools, and more.

#3 Airpro Bubble Envelope
Generally, bubble envelopes are padded envelopes that have a layer of bubble plastic wrap or cushioning material on the inside. These are commonly used for shipping and mailing items that require a certain level of protection from bumps, scratches, rough handling and other potential damages during transit.
The Airpro bubble envelope is a specially made envelope using brown paper (Kraft) which is lined with plastic bubble wraps inside the envelope. The envelope also comes with opening that has self-sealing feature and tagged with 2 holes at the sealing flap.
These envelopes come in many different sizes and they provide some protection for fragile objects during transit. There are a total of 10 different sizes available from us.
