A3 Laminator – FGK320
FGK-320Â A3 Laminator
The Model FGK-320 laminator boasts a durable metal structure. It’s an affordable, reliable, efficient, and user-friendly machine suitable for A3 size or smaller documents, including the standard A4 size. Despite its lightweight design, it functions as a heavy-duty machine. AC power is a prerequisite for operation.
The FGK-320 laminator is outfitted with four silicone rollers that ensure flexibility and a smooth transition of the laminate, resulting in a smoother and flatter finish. There’s no need to adjust the rollers’ gap for different document thicknesses. The machine can handle laminating pouches up to 315mm wide (just over A3 size) and up to 1mm thick.
It warms up to the required 120 degrees Celsius in approximately 2.5 to 3 minutes. Once the target temperature is reached, the Ready light turns GREEN, signaling it’s ready for use. Laminating an A4 document with our 100-micron Flexi pouches takes just 30 seconds.
A distinctive feature of the FGK-320 is its Cold Lamination capability. To initiate, turn on the power switch and select ‘Cold’ with the Hot/Cold toggle. Cold lamination protects one side of the document without using laminating pouches. It employs a single-sided, glue-based clear plastic sheet for the document’s top surface and a wax-based sheet underneath to prevent roller contamination. Both sheets should be slightly larger than the document, ensuring full coverage. Place the glue-based sheet face down on the document, then feed it into the machine to complete the cold lamination process.

The clear holder as the name implies has a fixed number of pages of clear pocket sheet protector as a page in a book form. The common types are the 20-pockets, 40, 60, 80, and the 100 pockets. There are some with 10-pockets only. It comes with a variety of sizes namely, A5, A3 and A4, which is the most often used type and a variety of colours. Each pocket is able to accommodate 2 sheets of standard weight paper.
Our Y.E.S. PP clear holder is well designed and made of the best quality materials throughout. The inner pocket pages are of 100% clear transparent plastic sheet with a matt surface so that it is less reflective to look at. It is fused securely to the spine and will not tear easily. The covers are made of very thick PP material to give the book the strength and with a rough surface touch to make it less reflective. They are of bright colour. The spine pocket of the clear holder is fully spread from top to bottom and you can put in your own customised label if required. These clear holders are used to display catalogues, pictures, documents and any paper/card based document which is in the sheet form and mostly very thin in nature. Our E-310 L-sheet is a plastic sleeve consisting of a sheet of plastic folded back on the vertical side and then heat bonded on the bottom side of the seam. The size is slightly bigger than A4 and is meant to store A4 size documents. The sleeve is open on the top end and the right hand side so that the top right corner of the plastic sheet can be lifted up and documents/papers can be slotted into the sleeve. That is how the L-sheet is used.

The 20-FPA4 is an A4 size zip bag made of transluscent plastic.
The inside of the zip bag is a slightly smaller than A4 size and has multiple punched holes on its left flank (for use for filing into 2,3,or 4-hole files or folders). The left flank and both the top and bottom sides of the zip bag also has an expanded spine of about 8-10mm wide. This is to enable more storage space for the zip bag.
On the right flank of the file is the special plastic zip that is used to closed the file. Both the left and right flanks of the bag are sealed by heat bond treatment to ensure durability and long life.
